Local Listings LLC provides consulting and support services related to Google Business Profile, including verification assistance, suspension reinstatement support, profile optimization, and ongoing management. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for your engagement are defined in your order, proposal, or written agreement with us.

Local Listings LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of their respective owners. All verification, suspension, reinstatement, ranking, and appeal decisions are made solely by Google under its own policies, which may change at any time.

We apply experience and best practices to give your profile the strongest possible case, but we cannot and do not guarantee verification, reinstatement, approval, specific rankings, lead volume, or revenue. Any timelines we share are estimates based on typical outcomes and are not commitments.

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete business information and documentation.
• Confirm you are authorized to represent the business and its Google Business Profile.
• Grant and maintain any access we need to perform the work.
• Respond promptly to requests for information, documents, or verification steps.
• Comply with Google's guidelines and all applicable laws.

Submitting false or misleading information to Google may result in suspension or permanent removal of your profile. We will not knowingly assist with misrepresentation, and we may end an engagement if we believe information provided is inaccurate.

Fees are due as stated at purchase or in your agreement. Prices listed as "starting at" reflect a baseline scope; complex cases may be quoted higher before work begins. Recurring management plans bill on the stated cycle until canceled in writing. Late or failed payments may pause work.

You may cancel a recurring plan at any time with written notice before the next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Because our work is performed as labor and submissions on your behalf, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If we determine before starting that we cannot assist with your case, we will refund the amount paid for that service.

You retain ownership of your business content, photos, and information. You grant Local Listings LLC a limited license to use those materials solely to perform the services, including submitting them to Google on your behalf.

Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only as needed to perform or receive the services, except where disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content for competing purposes, or interfere with its operation. Site content, branding, and layout are owned by Local Listings LLC.

The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Content on this site is general information, not legal or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Listings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Local Listings LLC harmless from claims arising out of information you provide, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or Google's policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes informally; unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
